Rules
- The courts are for the use of WTC members, their guests, and 'pay and play' visitors
- Pre-booked sessions take precedence over 'turn up and play'
- Players must use the courts and associated equipment responsibly
- Players should adhere to court etiquette when playing
- Players should wear non-marking shoes on the courts
- No litter is to be left on the courts and non-tennis equipment should not be on the courts
- Players should always lower (de-tension - 5 turns) the nets and lock the courts after use
- Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times
Booking
- The forward booking period is a rolling 7 days. Each slot is 30 minutes. Any booking may be for a maximum of 4 contiguous slots (2hrs). Members may not book both courts for a simultaneous period
- Adult, Junior and Unwaged members may make a maximum of 2 bookings in any 7 day period
- Family groups may make a maximum of 3 bookings in any 7 day period
- Note that the club coach and pre -school have access to the courts at specific times during school terms. Please consult the timetable for the precise times
The WTC Committee reserves the right to suspend any member for a serious or continual breach of rules
